Apply for approval to list books for local collection. Applications are reviewed before a shop becomes visible.
Bookshop applications
Review applications. Approving an application does not automatically provision a shop: use the existing approved-bookshop form with the applicant UID.
Official club applications
Approve or reject the application record. An approved club administrator still requires separately provisioned trusted Firebase Auth custom claims.
Reservation administration
Reservations are managed by each approved bookshop owner. Super Admin cannot view customer reservation records under the current Firestore privacy rules.
Use the bookshop dashboard to review approved shops. Shop owners can open a listing and manage its reservations; no extra customer access has been granted.
Operations and reservation privacy
Shop owners manage reservation statuses from their own listings. Customer details are not shown in this Super Admin summary.
Application decisions and approved directory records are separate. Check the actual approved shop record before confirming activation, and complete trusted club-admin provisioning separately.

Reservation oversight
Shop owners process reservation transitions inside their own bookshop panels. This overview does not expose customers’ reservations to Super Admin.
Allowed statuses: reserved → ready → collected; reserved/ready → cancelled; expired holds can be marked expired by the shop owner.
Trusted club administrator provisioning
An approved application is NOT an active club administrator. A separate trusted identity check and privileged custom-claim assignment are required. See the generated local provisioning checklist; no claim is issued by this page.
Super Admin: approve a bookshop
Enter the bookshop account's Firebase UID. Only a trusted Super Admin claim authorises this approval.
